Cinemafrica a été un festival de films africains bisannuel, de 1987 à 2006, basé à Zurich. La première édition a été organisée par Ines Anselmi (en collaboration avec Filmpodium de Zurich et le Musée ethnographique de l'Université de Zurich/Völkerkundemuseum) ; les suivantes par Hanna Diethelm et Barbara Hegnauer.
